On January 14, the ceremony marking the commencement of the first batch of 100 major industrial projects in 2021 in Xuzhou City was held. These 100 major industrial projects boast a collective investment of 77.4 billion yuan, with 43.8 billion yuan to be invested this year.

    Among the projects, 75 are of the provincial and municipal levels, accounting for 75% of the total. In terms of investment volume, 24 projects have an investment of more than 1 billion yuan, including 10 projects of over 2 billion yuan, such as Tiantong New Materials based in Xuzhou Economic Development Zone, Pizhou Yuxin Sensor, Peixian Juyuan High-end Spunlace Nonwoven, Xinyi Shangling White Home Appliances, etc. In terms of project types, there are 77 industrial projects, 20 service projects, and 3 platform carrier projects, including 32 projects in the strategic emerging sectors.
